We offer four flexible packages depending on how hands-on you’d like us to be.

Each includes deep strategic input from our experienced grant experts.

Package A: Bid review
 $2,900 + GST

  • Expert review of your completed proposal
  •  Edit for clarity, tone, and structure
  •  Identify gaps in addressing criteria
  •  Feedback integration (if time allows)

Package B: Bid edit
$8,900 + GST

Everything in Package A, plus:

  • Join your bid team – attend meetings and advise
  • Rewrite or edit input from contributors
  • Ensure alignment with grant criteria and government priorities
  • Upload content to online portal (if needed)

Package C: Bid write
 $12,900 + GST

Includes Packages A & B, and:

  •  Lead writer/editor to create a strong, unified proposal
  •  Develop budget
  •  Help key personnel prepare CVs/ROPEs
  •  Communicate with partner organisations

Package D: Bid coordinate
 $18,900 + GST

Includes everything in A–C, plus:

  • Facilitate team meetings
  • Coordinate all bid elements
  • Prepare and distribute 'Partner Packs'
