Workshop facilitation

When an important issue is at stake, a workshop is a great way to people together to unpack or resolve it.
You could be dealing with competing stakeholder agendas, low engagement, or a history of workshops that generated
plenty of discussion but little follow-through. What you need is a process that holds the room, surfaces the right
insights, and moves people toward meaningful, actionable outcomes.
