Package L: Strategic planning workshop  

$2,900 + GST (½ day ~3-4 hrs)
or $4,500 + GST (full day ~6-7 hrs) 
Develop your vision and positioning for a project, program or organisation. The workshop can
include external people, or only internal. We will: 

→   Prepare the agenda and workshop format 

→   Develop, with the project lead, a list of people who can help scope the vision, industry needs and draft
       objectives for the proposal; invite them/support their invitation to the workshop

→   Facilitate the workshop. Define the direction, key messages and stakeholders narrative and tease out the 
        messages we need to put into the proposal 

 A high-level summary of workshop outcomes, actions, and recommendations is an additional $2,200 + GST, which includes a scribe (additional Straight Up person to attend the workshop).
