Understanding what your strategic direction should be is harder than it looks. We find people struggle
with reaching genuine clarity and tangible, actionable ways forward. Finding the right facilitator
can make all the difference. Straight Up’s experienced facilitators understand the sector,
the audience, and what good strategy looks like in practice.
Strategic planning workshop
Develop your vision and positioning for a project, program or organisation. The workshop can
include external people, or only internal. We will:
→ prepare the agenda and workshop format
→ develop, with the project lead, a list of people who can help scope the vision, industry needs and draft objectives for the proposal; invite them/support their invitation to the workshop
→ facilitate the workshop. Define the direction, key messages and stakeholders narrative and tease out the messages we need to put into the proposal.
A high-level summary of workshop outcomes, actions, and recommendations is an additional $2,200 + GST, which includes a scribe (additional Straight Up person to attend the workshop).
Strategy Lab (1 hour)
Get expert clarity on your toughest strategic question in just one hour. If you’re stuck on a decision, refining your direction, or preparing for a critical move, this focused session gives you direct access to an experienced strategist who will quickly diagnose the issue, challenge your assumptions, and help you identify clear next steps. You’ll leave with sharper thinking, practical direction, and confidence in what to do next.
Inclusions:
→ 15-minute pre-strategy session to meet us, and explain your goal or question
→ 60-minute online Strategy Lab session, tailored to addressing your goal or question
→ Brief summary report.
